Yes. We strictly use plant-based, biodegradable, and cruelty-free products. We avoid ammonia, bleach, and artificial fragrances entirely, utilizing natural surfactants and essential oils.
Absolutely. We use highly effective, scientifically-backed botanical disinfectants (like citric acid and thymol) that eliminate 99.9% of household bacteria and viruses without the toxic fumes or residue.
Our entire cleaning protocol was designed with vulnerable family members in mind. Because we leave zero toxic residue on floors and surfaces, it is completely safe for babies learning to crawl and pets that groom their paws.

We use a transparent flat-rate pricing system based on the size of your property, the type of service required, and the current condition. There are no hidden fees or 'bait and switch' tactics.
We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to compensate our cleaners for the lost time.
No. While we offer discounted rates for weekly, fortnightly, or monthly recurring cleans, you are never locked into a binding contract and can cancel your regular service at any time with 48 hours' notice.

It's entirely up to you. Most of our regular clients provide us with a spare key or a lockbox code. Your keys are kept in a secure, anonymous tracking system and only accessed by your dedicated cleaner on the day of service.
Yes, we arrive fully equipped. We bring all our own eco-friendly solutions, fresh microfiber cloths, and high-grade HEPA-filtration vacuums. You don't need to supply a thing.
For recurring services, we strongly prioritize sending the same cleaner or team to your home. This builds trust and ensures they learn the exact intricacies and preferences of your space.
