Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. The BloomCare Guarantee

We pride ourselves on our meticulous standards. We do not generally offer cash refunds for completed services; however, we operate a strict 24-Hour Reclean Guarantee. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will send a team back to re-clean the missed or unsatisfactory areas completely free of charge.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of residential, STR, or commercial cleans.

  • Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice incur absolutely zero fees.

  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or lock-outs at the door, will incur a 50% fee to compensate our staff for lost wages and travel.

3. Deposit Refunds

For large post-construction cleans or major deep cleans requiring a deposit to secure the booking date, deposits are fully refundable providing the cancellation happens at least 7 days prior to the start date. Deposits become non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the project start date.
