Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a cleaning service with BloomCare Cleaning, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms govern your access to and use of our residential, commercial, STR, and post-construction cleaning services.

2. Services and Guarantees

We agree to perform the cleaning services in a professional manner, utilizing eco-friendly and non-toxic products as advertised. While we strive for absolute perfection, if you are dissatisfied with any specific area of the clean, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge. This is our 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee.

3. Access to Property

Clients are required to ensure our cleaning teams have uninterrupted access to the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property (e.g., locked out, key not in the agreed location), a lock-out fee of 50% of the booking total will be charged to cover the cleaners' time and travel expenses.

4. Liability & Damages

BloomCare Cleaning holds comprehensive £10m public liability insurance. We take extreme care when handling your belongings; however, accidents can occasionally happen. If a team member damages an item, you must report it within 24 hours. We will repair or replace the item at our discretion. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or improperly installed fixtures.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for residential and STR turnovers is due on the day of service completion unless alternative commercial invoicing agreements (e.g., Net-30) have been established. Late payments may accrue interest if unpaid after 14 days.
